The AGMA Relief Fund application process is completely online, making the process seamless and efficient.

Eligibility

  1. Applicant must be a member in good standing or on honorable withdrawal. “Joining members” in good standing (those who have been a member of AGMA for less than a year) will be allowed to obtain 50% of the benefits available.
  1. Assistance can only be provided once a calendar year for requests unrelated to extenuating medical circumstances. Assistance is for genuine hardship. Based on the year.
  1. The maximum amount of the grant should not exceed $1,000.00.

Categories of Assistance

1. Working Professionals (No Extenuating Circumstances)
AGMA members who are currently working but unable to meet basic living expenses, without additional extenuating circumstances, may qualify for the following support:

  • If you did not receive assistance in 2020: You may be eligible for up to $750 for essential living expenses.
  • If you received assistance in 2020: You may be eligible for up to $600 for essential living expenses.

2. Individuals with Extenuating Medical Circumstances
AGMA members facing a medical emergency or significant health-related hardship may be eligible for up to $1,000 in assistance.

Note: The AGMA Relief Fund cannot cover hospital or medical bills for uninsured individuals beyond this amount.

Required Documentation

A completed application from the Entertainment Community Fund, the organization that administers this program.

A copy of your current AGMA membership card
OR
Confirmation of your membership status from the AGMA Membership Department.
